So, a little set back surfaced today. Actually, not so little to be honest. We were informed by the organizers of the Mexico-trip within my company that we will have to pay tax on the guest-part of the trip as it is considered a gift in the taxman’s eyes. This was a bit unexpected and will set us back almost £1,000 pounds if we choose to go down that route. Definitely feels like a bummer and hopefully we can solve this somehow, more investigations to follow next week. Will keep you posted of course.
