A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down...

Ethan is due for his first immunisation shots tomorrrow, and we hear from people that it'll probably be quite tiring afterwards as Ethan will be feeling rough and will most likely be cranky. Definitely good for him to get all the shots he can, but we are preparing for a long day.

Good thing we can always take comfort in the immortal words of Mary Poppins:

In ev'ry job that must be done
There is an element of fun
You find the fun and snap!
The job's a game

And ev'ry task you undertake
Becomes a piece of cake
A lark! A spree! It's very clear to see that

A Spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down
The medicine go down-wown
The medicine go down
Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down
In a most delightful way
